Hospital Policies
Core Requirements
At All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to keeping your pet healthy and protected from preventable diseases. We require that all canine patients remain current with the following: Annual Wellness Exams, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, Lyme and Rabies vaccines, and annual Heartworm and Tick Screening. Feline patients are to remain current with the following: Distemper/Panleukopenia, Rabies and Leukemia (for outdoor cats) vaccines.
These measures help detect and prevent serious illnesses early. Please contact us at (218) 346-7387 or allcreaturesfamily@gmail.com to schedule your pet’s screening and vaccinations. Pets not kept up-to-date with these core preventive services may be referred to another practice if no medical exemption applies.

Appointment Policy
Our practice sees patients primarily by appointment. Emergency cases are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide extended emergency care but can stabilize urgent patients and arrange transfer to a fully equipped emergency facility. Unforeseen emergencies may occasionally cause appointment delays.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, cash, Scratchpay and personal checks. Cost estimates are available in advance for hospitalized, surgical, boarding, and drop-off patients. Please feel free to discuss fees before procedures are performed.
