Meet Our Doctors

Hi everyone, my name is Dr. Ciarrin Covington-Sailer. All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has been my second home since the age of five, when my mother, Dr. Raeanna Covington, started this practice in 1999. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota. I then went on to fulfill my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021. In 2025, I took over ownership of All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, continuing the care and values my mother instilled. 

I live locally with my high school sweetheart and together we are proud parents of four wonderful children. When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family and staying active outdoors!

Dr. Raeanna Marie Tisdell-Covington, DVM, is the owner and leading veterinarian of All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. Her love for animals began in childhood as she cared for the calves, horses, dogs, and cats on her family’s dairy farm in New York Mills, MN. Dr. Tisdell-Covington graduated from the University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998 and then returned to the Perham area, where she established All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in 1999.

Dr. Tisdell-Covington has been married to her wonderful husband for 24 years. They are blessed with six beautiful children. Their family also includes their dogs Angus, Winston, and Buddy, cats Tigger, Spike, and Hazel, four horses, three guinea pigs, one rabbit, and an African Grey Parrot named Alex.

Dr. Tisdell-Covington understands personally how central a part of the family each and every pet is. She accordingly treats each one as she would her own.

I’m from Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska for undergrad. I attended Iowa State University for veterinary school, practiced for 10 years, and went back for a graduate degree in veterinary pathology. I’ve practiced in Nevada, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee, North and, South Dakota, and now Minnesota.
