Ciarrin Covington-Sailer, DVM
Veterinarian and Practice OwnerHi everyone, my name is Dr. Ciarrin Covington-Sailer. All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has been my second home since the age of five, when my mother, Dr. Raeanna Covington, started this practice in 1999. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Dakota. I then went on to fulfill my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2021. In 2025, I took over ownership of All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, continuing the care and values my mother instilled.
I live locally with my high school sweetheart and together we are proud parents of four wonderful children. When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family and staying active outdoors!
Raeanna Marie Tisdell-Covington, DVM
VeterinarianDr. Raeanna Marie Tisdell-Covington, DVM is a veterinarian and the founder of All Creatures Veterinary Hospital. Raised on a dairy farm in New York Mills, MN, her love for animals began at an early age. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota in 1998 and established All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in 1999.
After passing ownership of the practice to her daughter, Dr. Tisdell-Covington continues to serve patients and clients as a trusted member of the veterinary team. She treats every pet with the same care and compassion she gives her own, understanding how important they are to each family.
Lani Vincent, DVM MS
VeterinarianI’m from Omaha and attended the University of Nebraska for undergrad. I attended Iowa State University for veterinary school, practiced for 10 years, and went back for a graduate degree in veterinary pathology. I’ve practiced in Nevada, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee, North and, South Dakota, and now Minnesota.
Darl Enga, DVM
VeterinarianFrom Rugby, ND. Graduated from Iowa State University and worked at practices in South Dakota, Tennessee, North Dakota and now Minnesota. Darl likes hunting and fishing, gardening, and playing country music on his guitar.
We recently semi-retired and moved to this area, and are doing part-time and relief work. We met in school and are very good at working together!
